Northwest Lineman College
Founded in 1993, Northwest Lineman College (NLC) was built on the concept of delivering the benchmark standard of training and contributing to improvements in the industry. With campuses in California, Texas and Idaho, NLC provides power delivery training to over 2,000 line workers annually in the U.S. and abroad. The school develops customized academic and field training solutions and delivers instruction that results in a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
As it did for the Symbion Power Center in Kabul, NLC created a unique curriculum for the Symbion Power Center in Tanzania to address the specific skills that are necessary to construct, maintain, and operate the new power delivery system in the region.
